The lamp is likely from the 1960s. The original wiring is still installed. Since this is the original condition, I didn’t want to destroy it by installing new electrical wiring. The lampshade is likely made of aluminum. It appears more coated than painted. There are several small blemishes on this “coating” that at first glance look like dirt spots, but they are actually tiny superficial blemishes. The arm is stiff but flexible. The lampshade shows black discoloration from the use of light bulbs over the past 60 years. There is slight rust at one end of the arm.
