The luminaire was rewired, with a protective conductor, the complex construction with contact slip rings in the round joints had to be checked and repaired in detail.

This floor lamp was purchased from the previous owner in France in the 1980s. Now getting on in years, the cabling and the construction had to be revised. An extremely resilient construction with strong connecting elements and slip rings between the elements basically lasts forever, with expert care from time to time. Now the original from the 1950s shines brightly again with the various adjustment options and spreads its industrial charm.
