Italian mid-century modern iconic floor lamp Arco by Achille and Piergiacomo Castiglioni for Flos, 1960s Floor lamp mod. Arco wit direct light, with adjustable and height-adjustable dome diffuser in aluminium. The arched structure is a telescopic stem in brushed stainless steel. The squared base in white Carrara marble features a decorative hole. Produced by Flos in 1960s and designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962. Fair conditions. The lampshade has several marks and defects. The stem shows signs of aging. The marble base has a round halo. Measurements in cm 31x206x237h the lamp is a fundamental element in an environment, it gives brightness and creates atmosphere. A room cannot exist, whether it is a dining room, a living room, an entrance or a study, without a beautiful vintage lamp to give elegance and aesthetics to the room.
