This beautiful Art Deco molded, frosted, and painted thick glass ceiling light features a floral design in purple, yellow, orange, blue, and green colors, signed “Loys Lucha”. Outer edge decorated with a geometric design. The colorful pendant light is hung at three suspension chains decorated with roses and rose leaves, made entirely of bronze. One socket for the E27 (E26) light bulb. France, 1930s. Dimensions: diameter 36 cm / 14.17 in, height 75 cm / 29.52 in. In good condition with some small signs of aging and use. Light patina on bronze. Loys Lucha was the famous glassmaker company of Louis Joseph Chaffard-Luçon (1880-1951), based in Billancourt near Paris, France, and specialized in enameled glass in Art Deco style.
